NCM

Network Club Mallorca

We are a carefully curated group of around 40 registered members. To preserve our exclusivity and high standards, we have set a strict maximum limit of 50 members. Once we reach this capacity, a waiting list will be established.

Our members span multiple generations and backgrounds, but share a common profile:

Experienced Leaders: They are entrepreneurs or managers with significant experience in doing business.

The Mallorca Connection: Members must either live in Mallorca or spend a substantial amount of the year on the island, enabling them to be truly active participants in the community.

Community Spirit: A genuine willingness to share knowledge and network to empower fellow members.

Unlike open networking groups, NCM strictly controls its composition to ensure true diversity and avoid commercial saturation:

Industry Limits

There is a strict limitation of only two NCM members per industry sector.

Corporate Limits

Only one NCM member is allowed per corporate organization.

No Pitching at Dinners

While members are absolutely free to conduct business with one another, all such activities must be conducted outside of the NCM Dinners and outside of the official NCM WhatsApp group. This ensures our face-to-face meetings remain focused on genuine social and professional connection.

Between our official meetings, the club maintains an active community through two dedicated WhatsApp groups:

NCM Admin / Bookings: A streamlined channel strictly for official communications, meeting agendas, and event reservations to ensure efficiency.

NCM Social & Business: A relaxed digital space for members to share interesting topics, maintain friendships, and engage in spontaneous conversation.

Unlike most Networking Clubs, at NCM there is no annual financial membership fee to join. Instead, our currency is commitment.

The Schedule: We host 15 official dinner meetings per year. We meet approximately every three weeks, always on Wednesdays at 19:30.

The Venues: All our official dinners take place at selected, neutral restaurant venues in Palma.

The Attendance Rule: To maintain a vibrant community, members are required to attend a minimum of five official dinners per full year. If attendance falls below this limit without a justified reason accepted by the Founder Members Committee, the member will be deemed “inactive” and removed to accommodate new candidates.

(Note: “Spouses” and “Live-in Partners” of registered club members are welcome to attend our official dinner meetings, but they cannot attend alone or become registered members themselves.)

NCM is strictly an invitation-only club. We do not accept unsolicited applications from the general public.

If you have been approached by an existing NCM member to consider joining the NCM Club, the process is straightforward:

1

The Trial Dinner

An existing NCM member can invite you to attend just one dinner meeting as a “potential new member” without you having to complete any paperwork beforehand.

2

Mutual Discovery

This initial dinner is an opportunity for you to get to know us, and for us to get to know you.

3

Formal Application

Following the dinner, if you are interested in joining, you and your proposer must complete and submit the official NCM Membership Application Form.

4

Final Approval

Your application will be submitted to the Founder Members Committee Administration Team for review and final approval before you are invited to attend any further NCM dinners.

2015

The Origins

NCM evolved from Global Gents Mallorca (est. 2015), which later became part of Global Business Owners (GBO). Over time, as GBO pivoted toward global expansion and higher fees, its focus shifted away from local social interaction.

2022

Network Club Mallorca

In November 2022, a group of members decided to return to the original spirit of the club. We broke away to form Network Club Mallorca, dedicated to balancing professional networking with a rich social life, without the burden of extensive administrative fees.
